Tour Credit Policy
Updated: 2/12/2008
These terms and conditions apply to anyone who purchases RTV Virtual Tour Credits. RTV reserves the right to update this policy with its terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. Payment of all fees discussed below must be made in accordance with the Payment Policy.
What is a Tour Credit?
A tour credit is an agreement to between RTV (RTV) and the RTV Dealer whereby RTV agrees to support and host a single virtual tour consisting of 30 or fewer scenes for one or two years on RTV maintained servers.
Through the purchase of a tour credit, RTV will provide customer support for a Dealer that has completed the RTV Training and is in good standing with the Company. This support includes email and phone support through customer service, web access to Frequently Asked Questions, the Dealer Forum, monthly newsletters, access to the RTV blog, plus access to free marketing materials. Additionally, RTV maintains and provides updates to its Tour Builder Software, the Tour Management System and the infrastructure to communicate, serve, and archive the completed virtual tours.
How are Tour Credits Used?
Upon purchase, tour credits are added to the Dealer’s account through the Tour Management System. Each time a Dealer successfully creates and uploads a new virtual tour from their Tour Management System account, the system deducts a minimum of one (1) tour credit from the dealer’s account. Additional tour credits may be deducted if the tour contains more than 30 scenes.
For tours with:
| 1 to 30 scenes |
1 Tour Credit |
| 31 to 60 scenes |
2 Tour Credits |
| 61 to 90 scenes |
3 Tour Credits |
| 91 to 99 scenes (Max) |
4 Tour Credits |
For real estate related tours (tour types codes: RC, RE, IN, VL, FS), RTV will host the tour for up to two (2) years. All other commercial tours (restaurants, golf courses, resorts, etc) will be hosted for one (1) year. Upon tour expiration date, Dealers have the option through the Tour Management System of extending the life of the virtual tour for another one year term for price of another tour credit.
At the time of initial purchase of a Virtual Tour Kit, a new Dealer will also buy tour credits to load into the Dealer’s account in the Tour Management System. As the Dealer builds virtual tours, tour credits are deducted from the account. At the point where all tours have been used, the Dealer may re-order tour credits for their account.
Purchased tour credits will only be deposited into the account of the virtual tour Dealer who purchases the virtual tours. Dealers may not combine resources to make a single purchase then seek to distribute purchased tours across multiple Dealer accounts.
Re-Ordering Tour Credits
Dealers may re-order tours in one of several tour package options with the minimum purchase being 30 tour credits. Pricing for the tour packages is as follows:
For Full Service Dealers:
| 30 Tour Credits |
$20 / Tour Credit $600.00 |
| 100 Tour Credits |
$15 / Tour Credit $1500.00 |
| 200 Tour Credits |
$10 / Tour Credit $2000.00 |
For In-House Dealers
30 Tour Credits $10 / Tour Credit $300.00
The purchase of virtual tour credits in any quantity less than the 30 tour credit package offered by RTV is limited to one instance per year per customer. Unit price per tour is $45.
No Transfer of Tour Credits between Dealers
Tour credits cannot be transferred or sold from one virtual tour builder account to another. This includes cases where a Dealer is selling their business to another Dealer or individual. Dealer may sell all other business assets – but not tour credits. As long as a Dealer is in good standing with RTV, the virtual tour credits will never expire from your builder account unless you request that we dissolve your account, at which time virtual tours credits will be dissolved along with your account.
Forfeiture of Tour Credits
Should a dealer default under any Policy, or under any term or condition set forth therein, or should RTV otherwise terminate its relationship with a dealer, any and all unused tour credits shall be forfeited. The dealer shall have no right to a refund and hereby waives and releases RTV from any and all liability relative thereto, as well as agrees to indemnify and hold harmless RTV from any claims made by any third party, including but not limited to a party who has received tour credits through an unauthorized transfer from the dealer.
