"I have owned RTV's software for approximately 1 1/2 years, and I have a tour on nearly 100% of my home's listed. I have an assistant who completes the photos and creates the tours with the software, then "installs" the tours on all multi-lists I belong to, plus my own website, etc.
My assistant and I have found RTV support staff and owners to be extremely helpful and more than cooperative with any assistance we may need. We actually have it pretty well mastered now, and are entirely pleased with the results.
I feel their product (tour) is of high quality; as a result I get a large number of 'hits' online for my listings. Each tour setup that is processed is given different url's, for our different needs. For example, my website's virtual tour is branded for my own benefit. The url our MLS requires is completely unbranded, thus my assistant has no problem with the proper insertion.
