"I have been a dealer for RTV for about 3 weeks (since my training). I am writing to tell you about my initial experiences with RTV and your staff. I am breaking it down by group/system.
Setup/Training
Everyone that I have dealt with has been responsive and on-time with the sessions. It was clear from the emails what would be expected of me and what we were going to cover. The training itself was excellent and the trainer even anticipated questions that I might have. Building the first tour was not as difficult as I expected but I can safely say that without the excellent training I would have made some costly mistakes.
Support
I have contacted your Support group 3 times that I remember. The Support person listened to my situation and confidently and quickly walked me through to a solution.
The RTV System
As we discussed some time ago, I have been building tours for all of my listings (I'm a Realtor as well) for about 9 months. I have used several providers. I have found the RTV system to be superior to the other systems in ease of use, automated stitching and quality of the panoramic image, quality hardware (I purchased the leveling head and the rotator), intuitive software interface, image quality, load time, "dealer friendly" and "user friendly" tour window, variety of available features, pricing, and other features.
I am pleased with the RTV system and the support I have behind me with you and your staff and the excellent system. I am creating marketing materials and sending out emails to local agents, builders, etc. I'm looking forward to getting things going here in New Castle County.
