Just wanted to get back to you about how the 'Virtual Tour' Software
is doing for us...GREAT! The training for very informative and
EXTEMELY helpful. I was able to complete my first tour the very next
day. I had a few questions while completing my first tours and your
help desk wonderful. If they were not immediately available they
returned my call in a timely manner and was able to resolve any issues
I had during our conversation. I have found the software very easy to
use and a big plus in getting interests in my listings. The transition
to Realtor.com was seamless. All of the different URL options meet our
MLS providers. Thanks for a great product !!

After several months of searching the various virtual tour products available we selected RealTour Vision to upgrade for our current Egg system. At Goldsmith Team GMAC Real Estate our first priority is always providing premier service to our customers. Realtour Vision is by far the best product for maintaining that level of service. We were impressed with several features of the software including the ability to take partial 360 shots. The downloadable flyer and large viewing area convinced us this was the right choice for our company.
In today's market about 30-40% of a realtors business will come for the internet, with a tool like RTV we show the customer the quality they can expect when doing business with us. I will also mention the support staff is great, many thanks to Ben, he is a great asset to your company and his knowledge of the software is fantastic.
I can certainly recommend the system to any company thinking about doing there own virtual tours. Feedback from our agents has been great, they love the clarity of each scene and the ability to have there personal contact information on the screen.
The last thing I want to mention is the variety of links, the most important being the MLS unbranded. Our board only allows virtual tours to be unbranded, this one feature alone is reason enough to use RTV.

For me to tell you that the newly upgraded tour window is great is an understatement! I was working with a potential new realtor client who was leaning towards a competitor due to her liking of their window's appearance and navigation compared to RTV's older window which was still shown in my web portfolio.
I advised her of the upgrade, sent her a sample with the new window and earned her business that week! I've since upgraded the links on my site to show all samples in the new virtual tour format.
