When I first started looking into the virtual tour business I bought a 360
degree lens adapter for my camera. I took some pictures and viewed them, but
when I called the company for further information none was available. I
swore I would not get any type of stitching system, thinking it was too
difficult but had very little choice in the matter. I was a bit skeptical
when I chose RTV, but after receiving my gear I was in business
immediately. I've been happy ever since. Keep up the good work.

I became a RTV Full Service Provider after I researched many different virtual tour software solutions and purchased several different packages from virtual tour companies in the industry. RTV wins hands down! Their tours are truly INTERACTIVE and professional quality. Unlike other software that can distort images and give the 'fishbowl' effect, RTV offers a superior software solution that forgives even the most amateur of photographers and allows professional photographers to REALLY show off their work. In the last year my company has produced more than 170 tours for both commercial and real estate applications and that number is growing daily. On top of our own marketing efforts, RTV has sent us MANY qualified leads! 95% of all the leads that they send us result in an immediate order! To top the cake, their support staff is ON THE BALL!! I have been known to be a little 'fiery' and passionate about my business, but they have always answered my support requests promptly and professionally! I highly recommend their software to anyone who is even considering doing their own tours in-house OR starting a virtual tour company. I came across RTV during a web search, since I had long ago purchased another program, and while trying to get information from the company about updates, etc., discovered that their web site was still up, but they had been out of business for over 6 months! So much for support.
After thoroughly researching other companies, I discovered RTV, and that is when I contacted you. During our discussion, you suggested that a great way for me to get started was to begin marketing the program, even though I was not signed up at the moment. With your help, and let me be emphatic here, it was real, genuine, full service help, I was able to begin marketing RTV's program, before becoming a dealer!
As I proceeded, I had questions. You either answered immediately, or got back to me very, very qujickly! That kind of customer support (and remember, I wasn't even a customer yet) is a real rarity in today's market. You answered every question, made several suggestions, even providing me with material to use. Simply amazing!
I've been in business since I was old enough to start a business, and I'm now able to collect all my "pay-ins" from the government, so you can imagine that I've been around the block once or twice. I've worked with many, many corporations and businesses over the years, and I can say that RTV ranks very much at the top of my experience.
Upon becoming a dealer, I've discovered that the entire company and all the employees I have thus far been in touch with, follow the same careful, considerate, pleasant, knowledgeable, rapid response kind of customer care that my sales rep gave me.
Perhaps I'm saying a bit too much, trying to really help people understand just what RTV embodies, but it is real, and, it is extremely unusual these days. I can only sum it up this way...if anyone out there is considering doing Virtual Tours, they would be making the mistake of a lifetime by not joining RTV. Having been an advertising photographer for 30 years, I think I'm in the position of being able to make that kind of judgement, both from a people perspective, and certainly from a technical vantage point. If someone is ready to get started, this company is their only right choice!
