*When 360° Panoramas are ordered, the RTV Custom Virtual Tour is created for no additional charge. The tour is also hosted free of charge for one full year (from the date that the tour and still photos are delivered to the hotel). Beginning in year #2, an annual $99 hosting (renewal) fee is required to keep the RTV Virtual Tour active. An invoice will be emailed 30 days before the anniversary date and if paid, the tour will remain active for another year. There is never a charge to cancel an RTV Virtual Tour which can be done through email, by calling RTV, or simply not paying the invoice in which case the RTV Virtual Tour will automatically shut down on it’s anniversary date.
