As a way to keep new business flowing and to make my current clients happy I also do Aerial Photos. This was a niche (and extra income) that I was missing out on so I spent the money on the hardware and I now offer Aerials as an add on to my virtual tours.
The entire setup was about $2,000.00 but it has more than paid for itself. I charge $150.00 per aerial shoot. This is a pole or some call it a mast aerial system and it goes up in the air about 50 FT and gets some great shots.. I don’t even advertise it i just offer it to my current customers and I did 6 in the month of September. I just though this may be a good way to add an additional revenue stream to all you out there.
