RTV will never sell directly to your customers. If one of your customers contacts us, we will send them back to you and notify you immediately.

RTV will never sell to another professional photographer who is currently under contract with your company. If a member of your team contacts us, we will decline their request and notify you. If a photographer who has previously worked with you approaches us, we will notify you and only proceed with your approval.

While RTV provides high-end national and international photography and media services, these offerings are reserved exclusively for corporations with large, multi-state or global needs such as hotel groups, medical organizations, or other large national brands. In these cases, RTV undergoes the process and becomes an approved vendor, often incurring significant vendor fees. Any assignments received are dispatched to qualified RTV system users like you! RTV never pursues traditional for-sale real estate or rental accounts on a national or international level, ensuring we do not compete with our photographers
We Keep Our Test Company Local.
RTV operates a flagship test company, BlueLaVaMedia.com, strictly within Northern Michigan. BlueLaVaMedia exists to test, refine, and prove RTV’s tools and strategies. RTV does not accept clients in the greater Grand Traverse area outside of BlueLaVaMedia, ensuring our customers will never compete with us. Everything we develop and learn through BlueLaVa’s success, such as marketing materials, sales strategies, presentations, and more, is shared openly with all RTV users through our Business Resource Center and our Blueprint for Success course.

Do you have a trial version of the software?

Does the system support both branded and non-branded tours?
Absolutely. RTV has supported both branded and non-branded virtual tours since 1999. Our platform is fully MLS/IDX-compliant, giving you the flexibility to create tours that meet every MLS requirement while supporting your marketing goals. Did you know that RTV automatically displays the fully branded versions of the property websites and virtual tours on all major real estate portal sites that pull the links from the MLS? That’s right! No need for your customers to log into realtor.com, Zillow, etc. to swap out the non-branded production with the branded one.
Can I private-label the system?
Yes, and we encourage it. RTV has always been designed for independent photographers. You can fully private-label the platform so your brand (URL & Logo) is front and center, not ours.
To take full advantage of our BOOST Marketing tools, you’ll simply connect a few key items:

Once configured, RTV branding disappears entirely. Do you provide training and support?
Absolutely. We have a dedicated team of Customer Success Representatives ready to help you every step of the way. You’ll be assigned a CSR who will guide you through setup and ensure you’re comfortable with the platform immediately after your purchase. Most training is delivered through our on-demand Help Center, which includes step-by-step videos. If you ever need extra help, your CSR can jump on a Zoom call and walk you through anything you need, one-on-one.
How much does a project credit cost?
Project credits have been part of RTV since day one. Back in 1999, a credit was $10. Today, individual credits are $15 each, or just $12 per credit when purchased in bundles of ten or more.
