What makes Skype so wonderful for offering support to you is the fact that it’s free for all of our users and the screen sharing features enabled in the program make it very easy for you to show us what’s on your screen so we can quickly help you.  Our support team has been using Skype now for the last year to see how viable of an option this is for you and we’ve found it to work out very well.
