What a fantastic wrap-up to 2023!

Here are the RTV System updates:
12-13-23 – Enhanced Photo Delivery Email Function – The next time you deliver a project to one of your customers, you’ll immediately notice vast improvements to our email delivery system. For starters, if your customer has an assistant who works for them listed on the second or third email field in our system, we’ll automatically add them to the delivery email for you. Adding additional emails is now easier than ever with a greatly improved UI that allows you to separate emails with commas and semicolons. Finally, after entering an email address, you can simply press the Enter or Tab keys to move to an additional email address.
12-13-23 – Project Address Change Automation – We have streamlined your processes for you so when you or your admin team makes an address change on a project, the system will automatically let you adjust the property website/virtual tour metadata, create a new property website URL, and also prompt you to re-generate your Edge Marketing Flyers. With the click of a button, these automated tasks will happen in the background for you!
12-13-23 – Storefront Package Enhancements – We’ve made the Storefront shopping experience easier for your customers. Now, when you choose any of your Storefront packages or add-ons, the system will clearly display that item as “Selected,” taking any guesswork or unnecessary double clicks out of the shopping experience. Enjoy!
12-19-23 – Service Area & Zone Improvements – We’ve greatly improved the UI of our Service Area and Zone settings area. The Service Area and Zone Settings portion of our RTV system allows you to designate where you and your photographers are willing to go and on what days you will be in those zones. We’ll soon allow you to charge additional fees for specific zones. The improvements make it even easier to establish your zones by drawing circles and custom polygons. It’s incredibly easy to use, and if you have not set up your zones yet, you should get in there and try it out!
12-21-23 – RTV Launches Wallet – We’re very excited to tell you that our new RTV Wallet is live. Say goodbye to tiny charges cluttering your credit card statements for custom domains, BRC purchases, additional video time, photography-only Delivery/Scheduling, and any other small purchases you may decide to make from within the RTV system. Getting an email each time you make one of these transactions is also a thing of the past. Our new wallet allows you to top up and draw from that, instead of having to hit your credit card each time you want to purchase additional items in the RTV system. We’ll even allow you to purchase your virtual staging via your wallet balance soon.
12-28-23 – New Custom Favicon Feature – At the end of the year, we slipped in a popular ask here at RTV, and that’s for you to have an improved Favicon appearing on your Storefront, virtual tour, property site, Client Portal, and Delivery Site pages. In the past, we took your large, uploaded logo, sized it down, and used that as your browser favicon. Admittedly, that did not always look the best, depending on the size and shape of your logo. Our new Custom Favicon Feature allows you to upload a perfectly sized favicon logo for your business and enjoy a clean look and feel. This feature is under “Settings” and “White Labeling”. Enjoy!
That’s all for this year! Looking ahead into 2024, we plan on keeping up the fierce development momentum, and you can expect regular updates like this every month. The scheduling and booking system has been live since July of 2023, and many users are taking advantage of the easy booking, invoicing, and payment processing for photography jobs.
