How Can We Help?
Client Portal Overview
The client portal is a means for your agents and photographers to sign in under your white labeled domain name through the RTV system. In doing such, an agent can view current orders, update their profile, or even more depending on how much access to features you wish to grant them.
This link is NOT to be used by yourself to login. You must always use manage.realtourvision.com as the account administrator.
Be sure to email your agents and photographers this link if you wish for them to utilize it.
Keep in mind there is a 4 MB max file size for uploading a custom background image.
For instructions on setting up your white labeling, click here: https://realtourvision.com/knowledge-base/white-labeling/
This is what the client portal will look like in general. Your company logo will be displayed at the top, a login box for them to enter their username and password, and if they forgot their password, they can reset that here as well. If you do not have a background image uploaded, a default image will be used.
When an agent, owner or broker logs in, they will have limited access to projects they are attached to. This access is adjustable based on what you wish for them to see by editing the User Controls for that agent.
Going to Users, editing the user, and then you can click User Controls. Be sure to look through this list to enable or disable any features your wish this agent to have access to or not.
We do advise to NOT allow your agents to have the ability to “Can Delete Tours” as this could lead to problems for yourself if they did so accidentally.
Photographers signing in through the client portal can view and access the projects that they are assigned to only. This allows them to schedule orders, upload media and make changes to the project such as setting defaults and customizations. This is all while being white labeling and showing under your brand if its been setup.
Photographers that work under you can access the necessary settings to get the project done and ready for your clients.
As for User Controls on photographers, you can limit the ability for them to Create Orders or not.
