Delivery Site – Setting Defaults
The delivery site is the primary means of giving your clients access to the content and packages for which they ordered. This gives them access to the photos, videos, URL’s, marketing materials and more. They can also pay for the order directly from the delivery site and view / print the invoice as well. This link is not to be shared with anyone besides the intended receiver, as client and project information can be directly manipulated from this site. Be sure to inform them not to share this link by any means.
- From the this location you can set the default settings for your delivery sites when new projects are created. You can adjust the settings after this for each project by going directly into that projects Delivery Site settings specifically. Allowing you to tailor the experience of the project.
- You can adjust the default settings for Delivery Site, Delivery Email, and Delivery Media Only.
- Be sure to hover your cursor over the ( ? ) for further details about each toggle.
- Keep in mind you don’t have to enable everything as a free option. You could also use this as an opportunity to charge for extra features!
Project Settings – Deliverables / Links
- On a project’s specific Deliverables / Links, you have the ability to customize how the delivery site will look and what will be accessible from it.
- Be sure to hit the “Compile” button on the right if you wish to add that particular item.
- Towards the bottom, when your settings and delivery site are adjusted to your liking, be sure to send the Delivery Site email. You can include multiple emails on the same line. The access link will automatically be generated within the email at the bottom of it. (Note: this link will not be visible within the template, only the sent email, due to the auto-generation of unique token creation.)
- There is also a History at the very bottom of this page. It will display a log of all emails sent, compiles started / completed, and a timestamp for each.
Additional Links
- Additional Links allows you to include URL’s to outside sources. Those could be anything from youtube videos, vimeo, documents such as PDF’s shared from Google Drive or OneDrive, and ect.
