Important Facts:
- The Zillow-approved photographer program ended last year. If you have your name listed on the web as a Zillow approved photographer, it will likely be coming down in the days to come.
- Showingtime + is a brand within Zillow that markets products to realtors
Products to agents
- Zillow does not endorse any particular photographer.
- Real estate agents are not forced to use a ShowingTime (Ayero) photographer.
- Zillow now offers products and services that any photographer can use. Visit the Photographer Resource Hub. Photographers can review the media and equipment requirements for Listing Showcase.
- Any photographer can download the APP and create Zillow 3D Home Tours and Zillow Floor Plans.
- Zillow no longer gives a boost to a listing on Zillow that ONLY has a Zillow 3D tour.
- All listings on Zillow that get a Zillow 3D home Tour AND a Zillow Floor plan will get boosted on Zillow
- The real estate agent decides what photographer they want to work with. By default they will try to have the agent use a ShowingTime (Ayero) photographer but the agent can click on “I have my own photographer” and send you an invitation.
- The real estate agent will pay the photographer directly. Photographers set their own pricing to capture the Zillow 3D Home Tour and Zillow Floor Plan.
- Photographers can’t use third-party floor plan apps to create the floor plan.
- The floor plan created by Zillow is not editable and will only be displayed in the Zillow tour. It can not be used or imported into RTV to make an interactive floor plan tour.
- Best cameras are: Theta Z1 – or Insta360. Z1 is Best from Ricoh. Insta’s best camera is Insta360 RS1

What is Listing Showcase?
Listing Showcase is a product that realtors will need to purchase directly from Zillow. Think of it as going a bit further than the boost they get from ordering the Zillow 3D tour and Zillow Floor plan. The listing will also be displayed in higher resolution, contain more agent/brokerage branding, and display a button on the Zillow listing to contact the agent directly.

A unique Zillow 3D Home Tour icon will appear on your listing so viewers can tell at a glance that your listing has a 3D Home Tour.
Level Two Boost – Agents who want a top-tier boost on Zillow must purchase our Zillow Showcase Bundle and a “Listing Showcase” product directly from Zillow. Zillow sets the Listing Showcase costs.
When you order the Listing Showcase from Zillow, you must request BlueLaVa as your photographer by clicking “I have my own photographer”. You MUST send the invitation to info@BlueLaVaMedia.com. We will accept your invitation and create your 3D Home Tour and Floor Plan. Showcase listings on Zillow receive everything listed in the Level One Boost. They are also displayed in higher resolution, contain more agent/brokerage branding, and display a button on the Zillow listing to contact the agent directly.
