RTV is one of the only systems that provides an RSS feed containing each of your recent projects. An RSS feed can come in very handy when you’re looking to email your customers recently photographed homes.  Many RTV customers do this and call it a Hot Sheet.  For more information on how to set up a Hot Sheet see our business resource center and search for “Hot Sheet”.

Flipping the switch to green turns your syndication for the project on and puts your project in your RSS feed, project gallery, and your customer’s gallery and if linked to a brokerage, it will also place the project into the broker gallery.

You’ll want to make sure that it’s safe for the public to see your project before flipping this switch on. If it’s a real estate-related project, you should make sure that the listing is live on the MLS. That way, you don’t broadcast a listing before it goes up for sale.
